What shipping method do you use?

Normally items are shipped via USPS, but sometimes with rush shipping requests FedEx or UPS will be used. If you would like a rush order please send a message via the contact form to inquire.

How long after an order is placed will my item ship?

All orders will be shipped within 3 business days after the order has been placed, unless the shop is on vacation mode. Occasionally we put the shop on vacation mode and shipments will be delayed for a bit of time. If this is the case it will be announced in the header of the site.

Will I receive shipping confirmation once my order has shipped?

Yes, you will receive an email that includes confirmation and a tracking number once your order has shipped. 

What is the Return Policy?

If there is a problem with your order please send a message notifying us ASAP via the contact form or an email to black.sea.textiles@gmail.com. Returns are not generally accepted as part of our policy, but if there is an issue with fit, quality or there was a shipping error we will find a reasonable solution. 

Is the sizing standard?

Because the items in the shop are acquired from all over the world and there is a lot of regional variation in sizing standards the sizing can fluctuate. Measurements and/or detailed size charts will be listed with all items, especially those that have multiple sizes available. 

Do you accept custom orders?

Our number one goal is to support the artisans and vendors we collaborate with. If you see something you like on our IG or site and it is not listed in the shop please send a message via our contact form. We will be glad to fulfill any custom requests we can!
